Are you an experienced operational leader motivated by purpose and impact? We're proud to be partnering with Melbourne Legacy to recruit a Chief Operating Officer - a critical executive role driving operational excellence, service delivery, and sustainable growth for one of Australia's most respected veteran support organisations.
About the Organisation
For over 100 years, Melbourne Legacy has stood alongside the families of veterans who have given their lives or their mental or physical health in service to our country. As the only ex-service organisation in Australia dedicated solely to supporting veterans' families, Melbourne Legacy provides case management, wellbeing support, financial assistance, advocacy, and personalised care.
At the heart of the organisation is a passionate community of Legatees (volunteers), supported by dedicated staff and social service professionals. Together, they honour the sacrifice of our veterans by empowering families to build their best future.
The Role - Chief Operating Officer

- Represent Melbourne Legacy at high-profile events, conferences, and stakeholder forums.
- Build internal leadership capability, ensuring succession planning and future organisational resilience.
