We are seeking an experienced Acquisition Manager – NSW to join our Real Estate team. Based in our Sydney office, this role is central to sourcing and delivering the land and asset acquisitions that underpin Levande's future growth.

What you'll do

  • Identify and secure new development opportunities across Sydney and NSW – including greenfield sites, infill projects, and value-add assets.
  • Lead end-to-end transaction management: feasibility modelling, due diligence, legal negotiations, consultant engagement, and Board submissions.
  • Build detailed development feasibilities and cashflow models to inform investment decisions.
  • Negotiate favourable outcomes that meet financial and strategic objectives.
  • Present acquisition opportunities to the Investment Committee and Board for approval.
  • Maintain and grow strong networks with agents, landowners, consultants, and development partners.

About you

You are a commercially minded property professional with a strong track record in real estate transactions and development acquisitions. You bring:

  • Tertiary qualifications in property, finance, or a related field.
  • 7+ years' post-graduate experience in Sydney's real estate market, with a proven ability to secure sites and projects.
  • Advanced skills in feasibility modelling and financial analysis (Excel, Estate Master or similar).
  • Demonstrated success in managing due diligence and transaction processes.
  • A well-developed network of agents, consultants, and landowners across Sydney.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, including preparing Board-level proposals.
