The Company

The Role

Reporting directly to the Head of Partner Acquisition, the Senior Partner Acquisition Manager is tasked with identifying and onboarding new software partners across diverse industries to support revenue growth for Oceania. In collaboration with the wider Partner Acquisition team, this role focuses on delivering tailored integrated payment solutions and pursuing strategic commercial opportunities by identifying key channels and markets, across numerous verticals, to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

Responsibilities
.

  • Driving growth in revenue across new and emerging sectors by identifying and establishing partnerships and market channels.
  • Achieving partner performance metrics and meeting sales objectives.
  • Collaborating with the Partner Acquisition team to pinpoint promising markets and industries for expansion, fueling consistent revenue growth.
  • Conducting in-depth product-to-market fit analyses to uncover pain points, gaps, and opportunities for potential partners.
  • Crafting and presenting comprehensive business proposals and cases to prospective partners.
  • Structuring commercial agreements and defining shared sales and marketing objectives with new partners.
  • Establishing and managing a diverse industry pipeline, ready for commercialization when product-market alignment is validated.
  • Partnering with the broader revenue team to strategize and execute partnership support initiatives and marketing programs that align with commercial goals.

About You

  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales and partner acquisition goals in a fintech environment. Ideally a minimum of 5 years.
  • Exceptional skills in new business development, negotiation, and fostering strong relationships.
  • Skilled in building and maintaining effective interpersonal and professional relationships, with the ability to collaborate and negotiate with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to identify buyer needs and craft tailored solutions to meet them.
  • Solid understanding of API concepts, applications, and relevant technologies
  • Advanced business acumen, including expertise in developing persuasive business cases.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly effective team player, capable of working seamlessly with colleagues across all organizational levels.
