Manager – Property Acquisitions | High-Performance Buying Team | $130K–$140K Base + Bonus ($200K OTE)

I'm partnering with one of the
fastest-growing property fintech scale-ups in Australia
— and we're looking for a
leader to run their national acquisitions function
.

This team is responsible for one thing —
buying high-performing investment properties at scale
.

They closed
94+ transactions last month
and are on track to
break 120–130 per month
. The buying engine is strong; now it needs
structure, leadership, and consistency
.

The Role

Lead and optimise a
national team of Buyers/Acquisitions Specialists
who are actively in-market negotiating, evaluating deals, and purchasing properties on behalf of clients.

This role is about:

  • Performance coaching
    – lifting newer buyers to
    8+ deals/month
    , supporting top operators doing
    15–20
  • Bringing
    structure, rhythm,and accountability
    to a high-output team
  • Enhancing
    deal velocity, quality and consistency
    across all markets
  • Working closely with leadership to
    refine the acquisitions playbook and scale nationally

Your First 3–6 Months

Deep dive into the current acquisitions workflow – spot friction, lift efficiency

Roll out
1:1s, team reviews, dashboards and performance rituals

Work with Talent to
hire, onboard and ramp new buyers

Embed a culture of
pace, precision and professional deal-making

Package & Setup

  • $130K–$140K base + strong performance bonus ($200K–$225K OTE)

    with national travel to stay close to the team and markets
  • Direct line into the Head of Acquisitions —
    real influence, not a middle layer
