​1. Sushi Maker (Full-time & Part-time)

​About the Role:

We are seeking dedicated and experienced Sushi Makers to prepare high-quality, authentic sushi and Japanese cuisine. You will be a key player in maintaining our reputation for fresh and delicious food.

​What We Are Looking For:

  • ​Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar role (sushi-making is highly desirable).
  • ​Strong knowledge of sushi rolling techniques and fish preparation.
  • ​Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high hygiene and food safety standards.
  • ​Excellent time management and attention to detail.

​2. Kitchen Hand (Full-time & Part-time)

​About the Role:

You will support the kitchen operations by ensuring everything runs smoothly, from food preparation to maintaining a clean work environment.

​What We Are Looking For:

  • ​Minimum 6 months of commercial kitchen experience.
  • ​Proven ability to perform various kitchen tasks (e.g., washing, chopping, general cleaning).
  • ​Reliable, highly motivated, and able to take direction well.
  • ​A strong commitment to cleanliness and food safety.

​3. Wait Staff / FOH (Front of House) (Full-time & Part-time)

​About the Role:

As the face of our restaurant, you will provide exceptional customer service, manage orders, and ensure a positive dining experience for all our guests.

​What We Are Looking For:

  • ​Minimum 6 months of experience in a customer service or wait staff role.
  • ​Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude.
  • ​Ability to handle transactions accurately and manage table service efficiently.
  • ​A team player with a positive and energetic approach.
