We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. This role is essential in ensuring that our customers have a memorable dining experience.

Job Type: Casual

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and positive atmosphere.
  • Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
  • Take customer orders and relay them accurately to the kitchen staff.
  • Serve food and beverages, ensuring timely delivery and presentation.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist with closing duties, including cleaning and restocking.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred but not compulsary.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

  • Rotating roster
