THE ROLE
The Housing Growth and Commercial Development Branch has a VPS 4 Contract Administrator role available in the Community Housing Partnerships Unit. The role contributes to a variety of complex projects throughout the delivery phase for new social and affordable housing.
The Contract Administrator will be responsible for supporting the Community Housing Partnerships Unit, Delivery Team in the administration of contracts (including State Contribution Agreements and Funding Deeds) from contract execution to contract end date. This will include but not be limited to projects within the Social Housing Growth Fund and the Affordable Housing Partnerships Program.
This role plays an important part in supporting the Delivery Team in delivering the Government's agenda of substantially increasing social and affordable housing in Victoria.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of reports and briefs on a range of matters.
- Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders to facilitate a partnership approach.
- Manage the procurement of assigned projects and engagements, ensuring they are completed on time and on budget to the satisfaction of stakeholders.
