The Transformation Senior Manager plays a critical role within the Office of the CEO supporting the Chief of Staff to drive execution of PEXA's most important strategic priorities. Working across the organisation and with Senior Leaders, you'll help translate CEO priorities into execution and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Lead the delivery of CEO-led initiatives including special projects and enterprise transformation programs
  • Oversee the continuous improvement of Executive Governance forums and Operating Rhythms to ensure effective, timely outcomes
  • Provide Advisory Support to the CEO through the provision of structured, well researched data and recommendations for action follow-through
  • Guide the strategic direction and decision-making of the business through insights into the competitive positioning of the business to inform strategic direction
  • Oversee the development, performance and delivery of strategic OKR's aligned to the CEO's transformation goals
  • Be accountable for the timely delivery of change initiatives, whilst managing risks and dependencies
  • Lead the development of strong relationships across the business units to drive cross-functional collaboration enabling the effective execution of enterprise-wide priorities

What you'll bring to the table

  • Extensive experience in a top-tier management consulting firm or equivalent internal strategy, transformation or PMO role
  • Broad experience working at the organizational strategic level with knowledge of transformation principles and operating model change
  • Deep analytical skills with experience synthesising complex information into clear insights to drive recommendations
  • Extensive experience in preparing high-quality board and executive-level materials
  • Significant exposure to corporate governance, project delivery lifecycles, or performance measurement frameworks.
  • Previous experience working in a digital and data-led landscape of a technology-enabled business, ideally in fintech, property, or financial services.
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and ownership capability
  • An agile mindset whilst being comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
  • Strategic and commercially astute and the ability to link the 'big picture' with operational detail and delivery
  • Ability to influence across all levels and functions whilst being a collaborative team player
