The Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Accounts Administrator to join our Seven Hills office. This role plays a key part in supporting our finance and administration functions, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a high level of service to our internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full function accounts payable, including issuing purchase orders, processing invoices, assisting with invoice assessments, requesting credits, credit card payments, and reconciling payments and statements
  • Completing credit applications and onboarding suppliers into company systems
  • Processing monthly fuel tax credits
  • Project invoicing and raising accounts receivable invoices (minimal volume)
  • Related company bookkeeping, including reconciling payments and accounts payable tasks
  • Scanning and saving project documents
  • Answering phones and providing excellent customer service
  • Performing ad-hoc duties to support the wider team

About You

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Tech-driven mindset with an interest in improving systems and efficiency (including AI tools for data collection from site)
  • Positive, reliable, and committed to supporting the business and team success
  • Able to contribute to a strong and positive team culture

Skills and Experience

  • Intermediate Microsoft skills, particularly Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and OneDrive
  • Experience with Cheops Accounting Software is highly advantageous, but training will be provided for the right candidate
  • Strong understanding of the full accounts payable process
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills
  • Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
