Our office is based in Stirling in the beautiful Adelaide hills.

Position Overview

We are looking for a reliable all-rounder to support our brand manager with administrative tasks along with customer service/dispatch.

You will play a crucial role in a varied position and enjoy diversity in your day-to-day responsibilities.

This is a well-suited role to someone who has previous customer service or administration experience, enjoys working in the fast-paced and varied environment of a small business.

Duties & responsibilities:

·      Process wholesale and supplier Purchase Orders, Invoice, Pack and Dispatch with Courier.

·      Provide support to the broader business through data entry and various seasonal tasks in preparation for new collections.

·      Receive incoming stock.

·      Assist with accounts administration tasks.

·      Manage Inventory levels and the placement of orders to our suppliers.

·      Stock management / Keep stock room organised and tidy

·      Pick and pack online orders

·      Assist the Owner and General Manager with Administration Tasks and Duties.

·      Assist with preparing seasonal collections for wholesale showings, preparation & logistics.

·      Manage Courier Interactions.

·      Assist with photoshoot preparation, book international pickups and ad-hoc tasks as required.

·      Manage and organise all creative assets

Skills & attributes:

·      High level of computer skills & literacy.

·      Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite

·      Excellent customer service skills.

·      Capable and skilled in multitasking.

·      Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·      Highly organised, with exceptional time management skills.

·      Process driven and oriented towards continual improvement.

·      Must be reliable and have attention to detail.

·      Prior Office Administration or Customer Service experience within a fashion business is advantageous.
