Your OpportunityAs the People & Talent Coordinator, you'll be the key link between people processes and business success. You'll ensure onboarding and offboarding run seamlessly, HR data is accurate, and employees and leaders have the support they need every day.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintaining HR registers and compliance trackers.
- Preparing accurate reports on headcount, attrition, and probation status.
- Managing HR inbox enquiries and ensuring timely responses.
- Drafting contracts, letters, and HR templates.
- Supporting key HR programs like performance reviews, engagement surveys, and recognition.
- Assisting with workplace relations administration and documentation.
- Providing administrative support including meetings, minutes, and calendar coordination.
