Representing talent from newborns to young adults across Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Gold Coast, and Perth, we specialize in modelling, TV commercials, television series, films, and musical theatre.

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and professional Talent Agent/Scout Assistant to join our dynamic team in our Melbourne head office. This part-time position offers an exciting opportunity to support our agency's operations and contribute to the growth of emerging talent.

Role Details

  • Schedule: 3 days per week
  • Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (Tuesday, Thursday) 9.00 AM to 2.00 PM (Wednesday)
  • Location: Melbourne Head Office

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct and coordinate talent and parent interviews
  • Manage interview bookings for potential talent
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for parent communications
  • Perform various administrative tasks supporting agency operations
  • Parent liaison

Qualifications and Skills Required

  • Proficient in MAC computer systems
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Capacity to work effectively under pressure
  • Highly adaptable with a flexible mindset
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Proven reliability and punctuality
  • Outstanding customer service orientation

Preferred but not essential

  • Previous experience in a talent agency or similar entertainment industry role
