**What your days will look like;**
- High volume recruitment
- Talent pipelining

- Support the Team Lead to optimise recruitment processes

**What you will need to be successful;**
- Experience working within a high-volume recruitment role
- Strong administration skills and data entry
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Ability to display initiative and to work independently
- Covid vaccination and booster, essential
