About the Role:

  • Supporting recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes and responding to ad hoc People & Culture requests
  • Preparing, issuing and managing employment contracts, variation letters and related documentation
  • Managing the People & Culture shared inbox and maintaining accurate HRIS and employee records
  • Preparing reports to support leaders with compliance, performance, and people metrics
  • Coordinating annual award pay rate reviews (and interim adjustments as required), ensuring compliance and accurate updates across systems
  • Researching, reviewing and drafting People & Culture policies and procedures
  • Providing basic advice to employees and leaders regarding employment terms, conditions and payroll matters

Key Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • Ideally studying towards or holding a tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field
  • A positive, proactive mindset and a can-do attitude
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and support a wide variety of People & Culture activities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ideally some exposure to HRIS or payroll systems
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle information sensitively
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organisation and follow through
  • Strong administration skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to form effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
