- Vascular sales specialist required to build on the success of the business and focus
- Map out your territory, hunt down business, have strong clinical conversations, challenge customers, convert.
- VIC will be your territory and business to manage how you see fit

What does success look like at this business and in this role?
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Launch existing (with the latest compelling data) and new products into Vascular Surgery
- Employ solution-based sales techniques with a holistic approach and introduce new vascular technologies to market
- Build partnerships and deliver technical training to Specialist Vascular Surgeons and some Interventional Radiologists
- Provide clinical and technical support to procedures in operating theatres and Cath Labs
- Create and execute territory plans to meet and exceed sales forecasts and ensure profitability
- Collaborate within the team to achieve business goals and maintain high levels of customer service
- Attend industry trade shows and conferences - local, interstate, international
- Utilise your exemplary relationship-building skills for continuous business development
- Sell and support a leading range of technologies in vascular interventions
ABOUT YOU:
- Tertiary qualifications in science, medical or health-related field (or similar in experience) preferred
- Proven track record of sales success within a technical, surgical and/or interventional field
- Strong clinical, technical, organisational, and time management skills
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinker who knows how to dissect a territory for best ROI
- Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and provide expert solutions
- Self-motivated with high levels of resilience and a positive "can do' attitude
