As BD's
Territory Manager - Biosurgery
, you'll play a key role in advancing surgical innovation and patient outcomes. This is your opportunity to bring life-changing products to the hands of clinicians, help improve surgical care, and shape the future of biosurgery across your territory.
Your Day-to-Day
Every day, you'll be at the intersection of innovation and impact, partnering with surgeons, nurses, and hospital teams to deliver BD's world-class
Biosurgery and Infection Prevention
portfolio. You'll work with public and private hospitals across the QLD North Region, from North of the Brisbane river up to and including Far North Queensland.
You'll combine your commercial acumen with your clinical curiosity, building trusted relationships that make BD a partner of choice in operating theatres and beyond.
From strategic territory planning to delivering education and driving product adoption, you'll play an integral part in advancing the world of health.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Drive growth and exceed sales targets across the Biosurgery and Infection portfolio within your territory.
- Build long-term relationships with key clinical and procurement stakeholders to strengthen BD's market position.
- Deliver tailored product education, in-servicing, and clinical support that enhances patient outcomes.
- Identify opportunities for new business and develop strategic plans to capture them.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, customer service, and supply chain teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
About You
You're a confident communicator, relationship builder, and trusted advisor who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
You understand that sales success comes from purpose as much as performance and you're motivated by making a difference
You'll bring:
- A background in medical sales, ideally within surgical, theatre, or wound care environments.
- A bachelor's degree in business, science, or a related field will be highly regarded.
- A strong record of meeting or exceeding territory sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to identify growth opportunities.
- A proactive mindset, strong organisational skills, and resilience in managing a dynamic territory.
- A current driver's licence and willingness to travel frequently within your region.
