ABOUT THE ROLE

As part of the Crux Project team, the Offshore Logistics Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant movement of materials and personnel to and from the Crux field. This position is responsible for end-to-end offshore logistics coordination, including material manifesting, stock control, and dangerous goods documentation, while maintaining close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead offshore logistics operations, ensuring timely and accurate coordination of marine vessels and materials.
• Assist with people movement planning and coordination.
• Ownership of material manifesting, stocktaking, and documentation of dangerous goods in compliance with regulatory and project standards.
• Liaise with AMSA and other regulatory bodies to ensure logistics compliance.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of 3PL providers, contractors, and internal logistics teams.
• Participate in daily Control of Work (CoW) meetings to align logistics with operational priorities.
• Interface with HSSE, Wells, Hook-up & Commissioning teams, and Shell offshore leadership to support integrated operations.
• Ensure accurate data entry and reporting using Kabal logistics software and Microsoft Office tools.
• Assist the Field Coordinator (or equivalent role) in vessel planning and movement coordination, with the potential to take on Field Coordinator responsibilities

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 10 years of offshore logistics experience, preferably in large-scale energy projects.
• Valid offshore certifications including:
• BOSIET with CA EBS (5750/5752) or FOET with CA EBS or TBOSIET with CA EBS(5508) or T-FOET with CA EBS (5929)
• Escape Chute Training
• Offshore Fitness for Work Certificate
• Proficient in Kabal logistics software, Microsoft Office Suite, and Microsoft Teams.
