About the role

As the Administrative Crewing Officer at Australian Offshore Solutions, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our operations based in Applecross, WA. This full-time position will see you working closely with our offshore crewing teams to ensure efficient administrative processes and procedures are followed.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the administrative processes for onboarding and offboarding offshore personnel
  • Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate travel, accommodation and logistics for offshore crew
  • Maintain accurate crew records and databases
  • Assist with the preparation of crew manifests, rosters and other operational documents
  • Provide administrative support to the crewing and operations teams as required
  • Help monitor compliance with relevant regulations and company policies
  • Collaborate with the wider business to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as an administrative or personnel coordinator, ideally within an offshore or maritime industry setting
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to maintain detailed records and databases
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to your work, with a keen eye for detail
  • Knowledge of relevant compliance and regulatory requirements would be highly regarded
