We are seeking a passionate and experienced NDIS Support Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in NDIS Support Coordination and a strong understanding of the NDIS framework, participant rights, and compliance requirements.

About the Role

  • Work closely with NDIS participants to help them achieve their goals.
  • Coordinate supports and services, ensuring they are aligned with participants' NDIS plans.
  • Build strong relationships with participants, families, and service providers.
  • Maintain accurate records and meet reporting requirements.
  • Identify and manage risks while ensuring participant choice and control.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as an NDIS Support Coordinator (essential).
  • Strong knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards, processes, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple caseloads and work independently.
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working With Children Check, and Police Check.
  • Relevant qualification in Disability, Community Services, or related field.

Pay: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 38 per week
