Liverpool NSW, Australia Disability Care Support Full time $1,820 - $2,860 per year

We are currently recruiting a Support Worker to assist client based in Liverpool who requires support on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (8-hour shifts). There is potential to expand the days of support once a strong rapport is established.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience and/or training in mental health support
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Reliable, compassionate, and committed to building a long-term professional relationship

About the Role:

  • Provide personal care and emotional support
  • Assist with daily living activities
  • Encourage community engagement and independence
  • Follow existing care plans and communicate regularly with family and care coordinators
