We're now seeking a Service Receptionist to join our busy team in Epping. If you love interacting with people, thrive in fast-paced environments, and have strong attention to detail, this could be the perfect opportunity - no prior automotive experience required.

You will need to demonstrate:

  • Previous customer service or receptionist experience (any industry)
  • A friendly, professional manner with strong communication skills
  • Confidence using computers and learning new systems
  • Great organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems proactively
  • A team player attitude and willingness to learn
  • A valid driver's licence

As part of our frontline Service Department team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Greet customers warmly and manage check-ins at our Service Department
  • Answer phone and email enquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Assist with service bookings and appointment scheduling
  • Provide updates to customers on their vehicle status
  • Process invoices and support daily admin tasks
  • Work closely with our Service Advisors and workshop team to ensure smooth operations
