**The Role**

We are looking for an experienced Receptionist to join our Head Office team in Epping, NSW. At the front desk you will the first point of contact representing Southern Cross Care (NSW & ACT) (SCC) to our clients and stakeholders.

This is a permanent, full-time position - Monday to Friday. Start and finish times to be discussed.

Reporting into the EA to the CEO: - your duties will include but not limited to:

- Greet incoming clients or visitors with professionalism and courtesy
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail
- Ordering stationery
- Booking couriers
- Ensuring meeting rooms are clean and tidy on a daily basis
- Kitchen supplies are well stocked replenished
- Support EA in administration and clerical duties
- Adhoc clerical duties for wider SCC departments if required

- Strong communication skills/command of English language, both verbal and written
- Professional and courteous
- Strong customer service focus - internal and external stakeholders
- Intermediate to Advanced Skills in MS Office (Word and Excel)
- Proven experience in a Reception or Administration role
- Excellent interpersonal skills - positive and helpful
- Strong multi-tasker abilities
- Comply with and contribute to WHS policies/procedures.
- Can do attitude and willing to assist on adhoc projects
- Contribute positively to teamwork in alignment with SCC's Values, Mission and Vision.
