Offtrack RV is an Australian-owned family dealership specialising in high-quality off-road caravans. We cater to adventure enthusiasts seeking durability and comfort in rugged environments.

We are on the lookout for a highly skilled and organised Receptionist / Administration Support to become a part of our team located in Campbellfield VIC. In this full-time dealership-based role, you will be integral to ensuring the efficient operation of our office on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reception/Administrative duties such as, greeting customers in person, over the phone, and via email, managing incoming calls, assisting the sales team with documentation, data entry, and admin support, handling incoming and outgoing mail, general office coordination and support duties
  • Handing Vic Roads registrations, permits and client details for all of our new and used van sales.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
  • Co-ordinating all of our Caravan industry shows across Australia, including accommodation, flights, transporting vans and marketing materials.
  • Some weekend and after hours work may be required.
  • Overseeing management of our premises, including telephones/NBN, power, cleaning, staff amenities, security and insurances.
  • Manage uniforms, motor vehicle repairs and servicing, stationery and marketing/promotional materials.
  • Maintaining accuracy and attention to detail in all assigned tasks.

Skills and Experience Required

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in an office management or administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.  Experience using Eclipse would be a distinct advantage, but not essential, as training will be provided.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with others.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
