NorthEnd Medical, a Mixed-Billing clinic in Epping, Victoria, is seeking an **energetic and enthusiastic Medical Receptionist** to join our large and supportive team of healthcare professionals

**About Us**

At NorthEnd Medical, we're not just a clinic - we're a community dedicated to providing top-notch healthcare. Our doors are open **weekdays from 7am to 11pm, and weekends from 9am to 6pm**, ensuring we're there for our patients when they need us most.

**Work Schedule**
- **Weekday shifts between 7am and 11pm**:

- **Weekend shifts from 8:30am to 6pm**:

- **Flexibility to cover shifts for staff on leave is required**

**Key Responsibilities**

As our new Medical Receptionist, you'll be the friendly face greeting our patients and the efficient backbone of our administrative operations. Your main duties will include:

- **Patient Care and Scheduling**: Warmly welcome patients, manage appointment bookings, and ensure smooth patient flow.
- **Billing and Invoicing**: Handle Medicare/private billings with precision and care.
- **Correspondence Management**: Keep our communication channels running smoothly.

You'll also tackle various administrative tasks, utilizing your skills in medical software management and attention to detail.

We're looking for someone who:

- Has at least **1 year of experience** in Medical Reception
- Is proficient with **Medical Director Pracsoft/Clinical software**:

- Has a solid understanding of **Medicare/Private billings/Tyro**:

- Is comfortable with **Outlook, Word, and Excel**:

- Possesses excellent **customer service skills** and **attention to detail**:

- Thrives in a **flexible work environment** and can adapt to various shift patterns
- Knowledge of HotDoc and institutional billings is a plus, but not required - we're happy to provide training
