About Us
We're a rapidly growing Australian business in the clean energy and RV technology space, with operations across Australia and China. Our local team is hands-on, passionate, and solutions-driven — and we're looking for someone who wants to jump in and grow with us.
This is not your average receptionist job. You'll be the front face of our business, juggling phones, customers, admin tasks, and order processing in a busy, friendly, and fast-moving environment. You'll work directly with our operations, sales, warehouse, and service teams — making real impact every day.

About the Role
You'll be the first point of contact for walk-in customers and inbound calls. You'll help direct enquiries, support the sales and service team, and keep the front of house running smoothly.

Your day will include:
  • Answering and triaging incoming phone calls
  • Greeting walk-in customers and helping with basic queries
  • Entering sales orders and updating systems
  • Handling customer service queries and following up as needed
  • Supporting the admin and ops teams with general tasks
  • Maintaining accurate records across systems
What We're Looking For
  • 2–3 years of experience in admin, logistics, or customer service
  • Confident using computers and comfortable learning new systems
  • Clear and professional phone and email communication
  • Highly organised, attention to detail and great time management
  • Able to stay calm and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to help where needed
