Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Migration Agent in Sydney, NSW. The Migration Agent will assist clients with visa applications, provide advice on migration options, and ensure compliance with migration regulations. Day-to-day tasks include conducting client consultations, preparing and lodging visa applications, and liaising with governmental authorities. The agent will also be responsible for keeping up-to-date with changes in migration laws and policies to provide accurate and timely advice to clients.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Visa Applications and Migration Advice
  • Excellent Client Consultation and Customer Service skills
  • Strong Knowledge of Migration Laws and Regulations
  • Written and Verbal Communication skills
  • Attention to Detail and Organizational skills
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced on-site environment
  • Relevant qualifications in Migration Law or a related field
  • Registration with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA) is a plus
