Qualifications & experience

  • Minimum 2-years experience in Education and Migration Sector
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficient skills of MS-office mainly word and excel

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Greeting, welcoming and booking appointments with Clients
  • Follow through on student enquiries, requests and provide information and assistance as required.
  • Submit student's application to different institutions and facilitate enrolments.
  • Managing client communication, client's documents and ensuring their files are accurate
  • Working under supervision of Registered Migration Agent to prepare visa applications
  • Administrative tasks as required
