Immi Response is a small, boutique immigration practice run by a registered migration agent. We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Immigration Case Support Officer to help manage visa application documentation.

This is not a legal role — instead, you'll be making sure checklists are followed, documents are in order, and clients feel supported throughout their immigration journey. The role is flexible and would suit someone looking for part-time hours, including mothers returning to the workforce.

What you'll do:

  • Prepare, review, and track visa application documents.
  • Follow detailed checklists to ensure compliance.
  • Keep clients updated with clear, supportive communication.
  • Work independently with guidance from the principal agent.

What we're looking for:

  • Strong organisation and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time well.
  • Good communication and client service skills.
  • Admin/document management experience (immigration experience a bonus).
