You'll manage a small team of recruitment consultants while running your own successful desk, with the opportunity to grow the team further in the coming years.

What you'll need to succeed

You know that you've got what it takes because you are:

  • An experienced recruitment professional with at least 1 year of management experience under your belt
  • Motivated by sales success and driven to exceed targets, with 1+ years in agency recruitment
  • Proven in delivering results within white collar construction or a related recruitment sector
  • Bold and curious, with a growth mindset and a passion for developing others
  • Skilled at building strong relationships and engaging stakeholders with confidence
  • A true team player who thrives in a collaborative, high-performance environment
