A high-growth consultancy specialising in enterprise data and analytics is seeking a
Sales Development Representative
to join its Melbourne team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in driving the company's growth by connecting with forward-thinking organisations and sparking conversations that lead to transformative data solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and research potential customers across a range of industries
  • Build and maintain a quality pipeline through outbound prospecting
  • Initiate conversations and convert cold outreach into qualified meetings
  • Achieve weekly and monthly appointment targets
  • Use tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo to enhance outreach
  • Maintain accurate records and handoffs using HubSpot CRM

What We're Looking For

  • At least 12 months of experience in lead generation or outbound sales, ideally within SaaS or tech
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal, with a natural ability to build rapport
  • Strong time management skills and a proactive approach to problem solving
  • Thrives in a startup-style environment where pace, flexibility, and initiative matter
  • Interest in data, analytics, or financial systems is a bonus but not a requirement

Salary

$75k base with an OTE of $90k plus Super
