About the role:

With a commitment to operational excellence, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations and drive efficiency, safety, and accuracy. Role includes:

  • Oversee all day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping.
  • Lead from the front, hands on role.
  • Train and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance goals.
  • Size of current warehouse team is 6.
  • Ensure workplace safety and compliance
  • Monitor and improve warehouse layout and organization for optimal space utilization.
  • Manage stock levels and coordinate with purchasing officer.
  • Coordinate schedule of containers. Approximately 2+ containers per week.
  • Monday to Friday.
  • 8:00am to 4:30pm.

About you:

You will be a go-getter, with a positive 'can-do' attitude, and a genuine care for our customers and team members.

You will have experience in warehousing and pick/packing orders. Forklift Licence and experience essential.

Excellent communication skills required.

Reliability is essential. We are a small friendly team, and your reliability is paramount to the success of the role.

Own car and Drivers Lic. required.
