The Role:

We're seeking an experienced and self-motivated HVAC technician who thrives on a dynamic workday, takes ownership, solves problems independently, and is ready to help drive a growing, forward-thinking company.

What You'll Do:

  • Take ownership of maintenance portfolio and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through reliability and professionalism
  • Mentor apprentices and junior team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise to develop the next generation
  • Make smart, independent decisions on-site, and troubleshoot issues
  • Handle emergency and urgent HVAC works with a solutions-focused, client-first approach

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a commercial HVAC service technician
  • Strong leadership skills with a desire to guide and mentor apprentices
  • Excellent problem-solving ability and the confidence to make decisions independently
  • Clear and professional communication skills with clients and team members
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and think quickly under pressure
  • A positive team player who contributes to our great workplace culture
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality service with a client-first mindset
  • HVAC Installation experience is advantageous but not essential – we value leadership, initiative, and people skills above all.

Must Haves:

  • ARCtick Refrigerant Handling Licence
  • Cert III Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
  • NSW Driver's License
  • Construction White Card
