HVAC & Refrigeration Technician

Location: South West Sydney, NSW

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent, Mobile Role

The Role

We're seeking an HVAC & Refrigeration Technician to join our mobile team in South West Sydney. You'll deliver preventative and remedial maintenance across HVAC-R systems, ensuring client facilities remain safe, reliable, and compliant. This is a mobile role with a company-supplied vehicle, working across diverse client sites as part of a supportive and safety-focused team.

What You'll Be Doing


• Assemble, test, install and service HVAC & Refrigeration units

• Carry out planned and corrective maintenance on HVAC-R assets

• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical defects and malfunctions

• Inspect, maintain, and support BMS systems (training available)

• Ensure timely and high-quality service delivery across client sites

• Comply with WHSE standards, legislation, and BGIS systems

Your Education, Experience & Skills


• Certificate III in Air Conditioning and/or Refrigeration (minimum qualification)

• Relevant HVAC & refrigeration experience (commercial preferred)

• ARCtick Licence (advantageous but not essential)

• White Card (mandatory)

• Current driver's licence (mandatory)

• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills

• Ability to work independently and within a team

• Proactive, safety-first approach with strong customer service skills

• Full working rights in Australia (essential)
