What You'll Be Doing:

  • Diagnosing, servicing, and repairing a wide variety of HVAC systems (air-cooled, water-cooled, split, ducted, etc.)
  • Working across both residential and commercial sites throughout Greater Sydney
  • Liaising with clients, property managers, and facilities teams to provide expert advice and efficient service
  • Assisting in the training and development of apprentices, helping to shape the next generation of technicians
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all work meets safety and compliance standards

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 4 years' experience as a HVAC Service Technician or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components, including diagnostics and installations
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
  • Great communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
  • Commitment to high standards of workmanship and professionalism
  • A genuine interest in mentoring and team development

Required Qualifications:

  • HVAC Certification (Cert III)
  • Valid ARCTick Refrigerant Handling Licence
  • White Card (Construction Induction)
  • Valid driver's licence with a clean record
