We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Technician to join our team. As a HVAC Technician, you will play a crucial role in carrying out air conditioning maintenance, servicing and repairs, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Your ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members will be essential in delivering exceptional customer service and solutions. We are looking for an individual with strong AFSS knowledge.

You will be provided with:

  • Fully maintained and fitted company vehicle, toll tag, fuel card.
  • Mobile phone, uniforms, PPE & safety kit, equipment.
  • Induction training, ongoing development.
  • Interesting and challenging  work with full management support.

Responsibilities:

- Carry out air conditioning maintenance and servicing to ensure optimal performance.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.

- Provide exceptional customer service and solutions to all of our clients.

- Conduct fault finding of HVAC equipment (experience in this area is an advantage).

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.

- Maintain a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and punctuality.

- Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

- Ability to run jobs and work unsupervised.

- Flexibility to work overtime when required.

Requirements:

- Unrestricted working rights in Australia.

- Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration.

- Fault finding experience with HVAC equipment is an advantage.

- Current NSW Drivers Licence.

- White card.

- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

- Punctuality, neatness, and attention to detail.

- Strong communication skills.

- Ability to run jobs and work unsupervised.

- Flexibility to work overtime.

- Experience in commercial service is an advantage.
