HVAC & Refrigeration Technician

Location: Narrabeen, NSW (and wider NSW as required)

Company: BGIS (Technical Services), Self-Perform Contract

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent, Mobile Role

The Role

We're seeking an HVAC & Refrigeration Technician to join our mobile plumbing team in Narrabeen. You'll deliver remedial and preventative maintenance across HVAC-R systems, ensuring assets are safe, reliable, and compliant. In this mobile role, you'll travel to client sites in a company-supplied vehicle and work as part of a skilled team providing industry-leading service.

What You'll Be Doing


• Assemble, test and install HVAC & Refrigeration units

• Carry out planned and corrective maintenance on HVAC-R assets

• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical defects and malfunctions

• Inspect, maintain, and support BMS systems (training available if required)

• Ensure timely, high-quality service delivery across client sites

• Comply with WHSE standards, legislation, and BGIS systems

Your Education, Experience & Skills


• Certificate III in Air Conditioning and/or Refrigeration (minimum qualification)

• Relevant HVAC & refrigeration experience (commercial setting preferred)

• ARCtick Licence (advantageous but not essential)

• White Card (mandatory)

• Current driver's licence (mandatory)

• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and within a team

• Proactive, safety-focused approach with excellent customer service skills

• Full working rights in Australia (essential)
