Will you be the newest Safety Officer to join our team in Eastern Creek during an exciting chapter of growth? 

Can you see yourself working closely with our Operations Teams and supporting the success of BINGO's health and safety objectives:

Assisting in the management and maintenance of BINGO's Work Health & Safety (WHS) components Regularly conducting rigorous WHS audits and inspectionsEnsuring that appropriate risk identification, assessments and control measures are in placeReviewing WHS requirements as per BINGO's contractor management processesMaintaining risk management processes and critical control objectivesLeading and supporting the incident management process and incident investigationsCoordinating and facilitating WHS consultation and communication Assisting in the coordination of BINGO's Return to Work and Injury Management programsAdvise Operations Teams on best practise and regulatory requirements

Do you have:

Relevant qualifications and/or prior experience in a similar role. A degree in WHS is desirable.Demonstrated experience in, or strong knowledge of management systems including ISO 45001 Occupational health and safety management systems or similarAn understanding of the waste/recycling industry or similar high hazard industryDemonstrated experience in conducting safety auditsExcellent communication and the ability to engage effectively at all levels with stakeholders
