About The Role
We are currently seeking a Safety Advisor to join the team on-site, supporting the delivery of safe, compliant, and high-quality residential builds. Reporting to the Group Safety Manager, you will play a key role in implementing the company's safety, quality, and environmental management systems and supporting a proactive safety culture across site teams and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain WHSQE systems and procedures, including Hammertech
  • Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and WHSQE meetings
  • Perform daily site walks, inspections, and risk assessments
  • Review SWMS and ensure compliance across all site activities
  • Manage incident investigations, reporting, and close-out of corrective actions
  • Support Return to Work processes and act as site First Aider
  • Maintain detailed and compliant records through the Hammertech system
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure legal compliance
  • Foster a culture of safety, environmental awareness, and continuous improvement on site

To Be Successful:

  • Cert IV or Diploma in Work Health & Safety
  • 2-5 years' experience in a WHS role within residential construction
  • Strong knowledge of WHS Act 2011 and SafeWork NSW compliance
  • Familiarity with AS/NZS 45001 and construction site practices
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence and educate others
  • Competent with Microsoft Office and digital WHS platforms (e.g., Hammertech)
  • Advanced First Aid certificate and valid White Card
