About the job:

  • Retail employee Casual pay rate level3 superannuation
  • 1-3 days per week
  • Monday - Friday, 8-hour shift (9:00am - 5.00pm)
  • Saturday, 3-hour shift (9:00am pm)

we are looking for

  • Be reliable and efficient.
  • At least 2 years previous experience at Australia post
  • Has valid Work force id and passport interview accreditation
  • Always follow the instructions given by manager/owner and support your colleagues' work all the time as a good team player.
  • Accurately & efficiently perform all kinds of post office customer sales and service transactions.
  • You can lift up to 16kg of mail repeatedly

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Performing customer sales and service transactions with customers
  • Managing high value transaction accurately – which includes handling and processing cash, cheques, credit cards and EFTPOS
  • Conducting and processing a number of identity services transactions,including Australian Passport Interviews
  • Assisting customers with mail lodgments and associate costs
  • Building rewarding relationships with customers by understanding their needs
  • Assisting with administrative duties such as stocktaking and record maintenance

Pay: $33.31 per hour
