About the Role

As a Graphic Designer, you will manage the delivery of creative design solutions with high visual impact from initial concept to final production to support Bapcor Wholesale brands in achieving its marketing and communication objectives. You will support in creative output and timelines, ensuring delivery of high-quality content within pre-determined deadlines.

The role requires creative flair, up-to-date knowledge of industry software, video creation, design trends, AI creative tools and a professional approach to time, execution and deadlines.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Interpret creative briefs and develop visually engaging concepts aligned with brand strategy.
  • Establish and maintain design guidelines, standards, and workflows to ensure consistent brand representation and efficient asset production.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, category, operations, and retail teams to deliver high-impact visual assets including catalogues, product visuals, advertisements, training materials, and digital content for websites, email campaigns, and social media (both organic and paid).
  • Provide strategic creative input and feedback to support marketing decisions and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
  • Produce multimedia content including photography, audio, and graphic assets, aligned with campaign goals and brand identity.

What You'll Bring

  • Tertiary qualifications in Graphic Design.
  • 4+ years of proven industry experience.
  • Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver a wide range of engaging creative assets across video, print, digital, email, and social platforms.
  • Proven track record of meeting tight deadlines while producing high-quality, brand-aligned content.
  • Excellent time management skills with proven ability to work within tight delivery timeframes.
  • Photography and image editing skills highly regarded.
