Position: Part-Time Receptionist / Sterilisation Assistant

Albany Dental Centre is seeking a part-time Receptionist/Sterilisation Assistant to join our friendly and professional team.

About the Role:This is a dual-role position where you'll be an essential part of our front desk and clinical support team. You'll help create a welcoming experience for patients while ensuring our sterilisation processes meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and assisting patients with professionalism and care
  • Answering telephone calls and managing appointments
  • Maintaining accurate patient records
  • Assisting with sterilisation and infection control procedures
  • Supporting the dental team with day-to-day operations
  • Handling patient information with strict confidentiality
  • Contributing to a supportive team environment

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous office or receptionist experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work well in a team
  • Willingness to learn – training will be provided for sterilisation duties
  • Commitment to maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality
