Sydney (Hybrid) | Full-time | Carried Interest + Performance Bonus

Exto Group is seeking a
Portfolio Manager
to lead institutional crypto index funds for Australian sophisticated investors, targeting $100M AUM within 18 months.

The Role

We need a
Portfolio Manager
to lead these index funds from day one: manage portfolios, execute trades, engage investors, and build operational infrastructure. Ground-floor role with carried interest as funds scale.

You'll own:

●     Capital raising support (30%): Present to HNW/family offices, prepare materials, handle due diligence

●     Portfolio management (30%): Rebalance index funds, optimize returns, monitor performance

●     Trading (20%): Execute across CEXs, OTC, custody platforms (Kraken, Coinbase)

●     Risk & custody (10%): Oversee institutional custody and security protocols

●     Systems (10%): Maintain NAV models and reporting infrastructure

What You Bring

Must-haves:

● years trading/managing digital assets, crypto-native required

●     Experience presenting to HNW investors or family offices

●     Strong portfolio management fundamentals and Australian regulatory knowledge

●     Self-starter who builds processes from scratch

Nice-to-haves:
CFA/CAIA, Python skills, prior digital asset fund experience
