About the role: 

Manage the full project lifecycle, from Concept to Launch, leveraging the Stage Gate process to ensure structured development and successful execution on a variety of exciting projects within VidaCorp.

Role & Responsibilities: 

  • Map out project timelines considering critical tasks.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure all deliverables are completed with project requirements and timelines.
  • Monitor and report on project progress.
  • Assist projects leads with mapping out key project team members.
  • Establish, lead and document the outcomes of project meetings.

Skills & Experience: 

  • Tertiary qualified in a relevant discipline.
  • Formal training in the fundamentals of project management.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience working on project teams.
  • Ability to develop project scope, responsibilities, requirements and risk management plans, to deliver goals in the agreed timeframes.
  • Ability to maintain oversight over a portfolio of projects
  • Proven self-direction with the ability to exercise discretion and judgement while working independently and as part of a team.
