We are a well established legal firm in the Bayside, with offices at Cleveland and Wynnum.

We are currently seeking a Senior Wills & Estates Lawyer to join our team at our Cleveland office.

The specific responsibilities for the role include:

· Meet and liaise with clients

· Managing your own Wills & Estate files

· Preparing Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney & other succession planning

documents

· Prepare applications for Probate and Letters of Administration

· Estate litigation – including family provision applications and will challenges

To be successful in this role, you will have:

· Current QLS practicing certificate with a minimum of 3 years PAE in Wills & Estates

· Experience in Estate planning and/or estate litigation

· Excellent attention to detail

· Clear communication skills
