The Opportunity

As a
Client Manager
, you'll work directly with business owners to:

  • Clarify their goals, roles, and future organisational charts.
  • Identify and assess senior leadership candidates.
  • Guide robust client–candidate conversations to ensure confident decisions.
  • Deliver an outstanding client and candidate experience, backed by proven systems and team support.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience leading a business (team of 15+) or holding a senior SME leadership role.
  • Strong commercial acumen with people-sense in equal measure.
  • Confidence in transparent conversations with owners and senior leaders.
  • Project coordination skills and ability to deliver structured outcomes.
  • Tech confidence (Google Suite essential; Zoho experience ideal).
