About Us:

Gujaga is an Aboriginal community-run early learning centre, proudly operated by the Eastern Zone Gujaga Aboriginal Corporation. We provide high-quality, culturally grounded care that supports children's growth through Dharawal language, cultural learning, and holistic wellbeing.

Your Role as Cook:

· Plan and prepare nutritious, age appropriate meals and snacks for children aged 0–5

· Cater for children with allergies, dietary restrictions, and cultural requirements

· Maintain a clean, hygienic kitchen in line with food safety standards

· Order and manage stock and kitchen supplies

· Work closely with educators and families to ensure children's nutritional needs are met

What We're Looking For:

· Experience in a similar cook or kitchen assistant role (preferably in early childhood or school setting)

· Knowledge of nutrition guidelines for young children

· Certificate in Safe Food Handling or willingness to obtain

· Excellent time management and organisation skills

Pay: $24.95 – $34.95 per hour
