We are currently seeking a National Sales Manager who can lead our strategy and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determines annual unit and sales plans by implementing sales strategies and analysing trends.
  • Establish sales plans by forecasting sales volume, product mix and selling price.
  • Responsible for managing key national sales accounts and regional sales accounts.
  • Regional account management experience is required to effectively manage our key accounts.
  • Implement national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
  • Lead, develop and coach a professional sales team (3-4 people) to achieve sales plans.
  • Adhere to and promote regulatory compliance

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of sales management experience is required for this position.
  • Experience in stationery or similar consumer goods is preferred but not essential.
  • Australian work rights are essential at the time of application.
