Sales Manager - Digital Dentistry Solution Provider

Location: Sydney and customer locations across Australia

We are seeking a strategic Sales Manager to significantly expand our footprint across the Australian market. This high-impact role is focused on driving the adoption of our premium portfolio of digital dental solutions, including cutting-edge CAD/CAM Milling Machines, High-Resolution 3D Printers, and Intraoral & Lab Scanners from our world-renowned manufacturing partners.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Conversion

  • Market Conversion & Revenue Growth: Develop and execute an aggressive national sales strategy to achieve and exceed conversion targets for our full product range. Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial pipeline generation to contract negotiation and final close.
  • Client Relationship & Key Account Management: Cultivate and maintain robust, high-trust relationships with key decision-makers, including owners of major Dental Laboratories and Group Practices. Leverage a broad network of existing industry contacts to accelerate sales growth.
  • Technical Value Proposition: Act as the subject matter expert, effectively communicating the clinical, technical, and financial (ROI) benefits of our equipment to sophisticated buyers.

Sales Leads Management & Reporting

  • Leads Management: Own the end-to-end sales funnel, actively managing and prioritizing all inbound and self-generated sales leads to ensure maximum conversion efficiency and optimal sales cycle time.
  • Sales Operations & Reporting: Maintain meticulous records within our CRM system, accurately forecasting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales volumes and preparing formal performance reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the leadership team.

Events & Operations

  • Events Organization & Representation: Organize and lead company representation at industry trade shows, workshops, and exclusive client events, using these platforms to demonstrate product superiority and drive conversion opportunities.
Skills, Experience & Attributes

Essential Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years of successful, demonstrated sales experience, with a proven track record of converting high-value capital equipment or specialized medical/dental technology.
  • Existing Network (Highly Preferred): A broad existing customer base within the Australian dental industry (especially with dental labs or larger clinics) is a significant advantage.
  • Technical Acumen: Ability to understand complex specifications and translate them into clear business and clinical benefits.
  • Communication: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Mobility: Current Australian Driver's License and willingness to undertake frequent travel across the assigned territory.

Compensation & Benefits

We recognize that outstanding talent requires an outstanding package. We offer a highly competitive compensation structure designed to reward your expertise and success:

  • Base Salary: from AUD $100,000 per annum minimum, based on experience. (Flexible above this amount based on your proven skill set and relevant industry experience).
  • Lucrative Commission Structure: An uncapped commission scheme tied directly to sales conversion and revenue targets.
  • Vehicle & Mobile Allowance: A dedicated allowance of $12,000 per annum to cover vehicle and mobile communication expenses.
  • Growth Opportunities: Extensive training directly from our global manufacturing partners and a clear pathway to commercial leadership.
