We are a highly respected abd successfull finished product solutions provider within the building & construction industry. We are currently looking to employ a Project Coordinator for our office in Bathurst NSW.
As part of the project team, your will be responsible for coordinating and managing a range of project coordination tasks from post-sale to installion. You will work to ensure (across multiple departments) initial measurement, planning, production, logistics and installation. You will work closely with builders, production, suppliers and installers to ensure the delivery of successful projects that are: on-time, on-budget and to the high quality standards their clients have learnt to expect.
You
- Experience multi-tasking across several areas of business operation and coordinating people to successfully complete those tasks. PEOPLE & TASK ORIENTATED
- Excellent communication and the ability to think outside the square.
- Technical experience or aptitude to understand and communicate technical information
- Interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a range of people (production, trade, suppliers and customers)
- Experience coordinating a range of inter-connected activities
- Attention to detail
- Used to work in a fast-paced environment & deal with unexpected changes
- Result / Outcome / Client Satisfaction focused
- Ability to build strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders
- Experience planning, preparing and managing project budgets
- Able to travel to meet with clients where reasonably required or needed.
- Strong time management & organisational skills
- Self-motivated and able to work both in a team environment and autonomously
