We specialise in the sale, leasing and Management of commercial property on the Northern side of Brisbane. Our dedicated team of professionals is committed to providing exceptional service to our clients, helping them achieve their commercial real estate goals.

Are you passionate about property management and have an interest in commercial real estate?

We are looking for a Commercial Property Manager to support our hard working and growing Commercial Property Management department.

On a day to day basis, some key activities will be:

  • Liaise with owners/tenants, handle enquiries and manage compliance and maintenance requests
  • Admin and accounts support provided for portfolio management
  • Assistance with outgoing budgets, operating costs & EOFY reconciliations
  • Conduct lease renewals, option renewals, assignments & rent reviews
  • Schedule & conduct property inspections
  • Effective management of rental & outgoings arrears
  • Undertake ingoing and outgoing inspection and meet contractors on site to provide access where required.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Experience managing commercial properties
  • Knowledge of commercial leases
  • Experience with outgoing budgets & EOFY reconciliations
  • Effective business English skills (written & verbal)
  • Agents rep certificate
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Familiarity with our software (Cirrus8) is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Solution-oriented approach
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor
  • The ability to complete and prioritize daily tasks

Please note that the successful applicant will need to do a 5 day course to get a real estate certificate if they are successful (unless you already hold one).

In your cover letter please include where you are up to in your Real Estate Registration, your location and how far you will be travelling to get from home to work. Our office is located in Aspley.
